Task 2 – Using transparency

Shapes and text form the basics of most of what you need to use Vector Graphics for. There are lots of interesting things you can do with shapes.

You can use transparency to make a logo like the one on the right with three overlapping circles.

Task 3 – Using gradient colours

Using colour gradients adds a little more complexity.

A colour gradient is where the colour fades from dark to light. Using this without a shape outline can be really quite interesting.

This can be a bit tricky, so use the screenshots carefully.
